Effective Date: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SiteLink Pro, including all related websites, applications, software, tools, services, features, and subscription services. By creating an account, starting a trial, accessing SiteLink Pro, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
SiteLink Pro is a contractor business management software platform designed to help users manage jobs, customers, photos, documents, schedules, estimates, production, vendors, accounting records, reports, and related business information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your users, employees, subcontractors, and representatives use SiteLink Pro properly and lawfully.
SiteLink Pro may offer a free trial. A valid payment method may be required before the trial begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly or yearly subscription based on the plan selected during signup.
You authorize SiteLink Pro and its payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other authorized charges.
If payment fails, your account may be marked past due. SiteLink Pro may provide a grace period, after which access may be limited, suspended, or terminated. Suspended accounts may be restricted from creating or editing jobs, estimates, contracts, uploads, or other records until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options made available through SiteLink Pro or Stripe billing tools. Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or approved by SiteLink Pro.
SiteLink Pro is provided “as-is” and “as available.” SiteLink Pro makes no guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of defects, or compatible with every device, browser, workflow, business requirement, or third-party service.
While SiteLink Pro may use reasonable backup, security, and reliability measures, no software system is immune from hardware failures, software defects, cyberattacks, ransomware, data corruption, accidental deletion, employee mistakes, internet outages, hosting failures, third-party outages, or other unforeseen events.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of critical business records, contracts, customer information, photos, estimates, invoices, schedules, documents, and any other important information. Backups provided by SiteLink Pro are a convenience and are not guaranteed.
SiteLink Pro may employ commercially reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, employee misuse, or other security incidents will never occur.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, using strong passwords, limiting user access, managing employee permissions, and promptly notifying SiteLink Pro of suspected unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the business records, photos, documents, customer information, job information, and other content you upload or enter into SiteLink Pro. You grant SiteLink Pro permission to store, process, transmit, display, back up, and use that information as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to use SiteLink Pro to:
SiteLink Pro may rely on third-party providers such as hosting companies, email providers, SMS providers, payment processors, Stripe, domain services, storage providers, mapping tools, and other integrations. SiteLink Pro is not responsible for outages, errors, downtime, billing issues, data loss, or failures caused by third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteLink Pro, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, contracts, data, business interruption, scheduling information, job records, customer information, or commercial damages arising from or related to your use of SiteLink Pro.
SiteLink Pro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the service, create security risks, or create legal or operational concerns.
SiteLink Pro, including its software, design, workflows, branding, logos, features, source code, structure, trade names, and related intellectual property, is owned by SiteLink Pro or its owners. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, duplicate, or create competing software from SiteLink Pro without written permission.
SiteLink Pro may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
